At this stage, the judges will select 10 participants from all registrants to compete in the local championship

LOCAL CHAMPIONSHIP
In this round, the best barista in the country will be selected and will earn a ticket to the international final in Turin.

INTERNATIONAL FINAL
The winner will represent our country at the international final, which will take place in Turin, Italy, from March 23 to 27.
During the championship, participants will compete by preparing 4 espressos and 4 non-alcoholic coffee-based drinks (mocktails). Both beverages must be made using one of Lavazza’s Tales of Italy blends: Galleria, Canal Grande, or Trastevere.
CHAMPIONSHIP OVERVIEW
The participant will be required to prepare 4 espressos, which will be evaluated from both technical and sensory perspectives.
The participant will be required to prepare 4 espresso-based signature drinks, adding their own unique touch.
